These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99piso ("99piso", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website at 99piso.org and all associated services, games, and features (the "Platform"). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 99piso Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, using a different name, or through the use of another person's details — is strictly prohibited. Where 99piso identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, it reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all pending and historical transactions made after the point of duplication, and retain any balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. 99piso will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 99piso immediately via the support channels provided.
99piso is required by Philippine regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a clear copy of a Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID). Verification is typically completed within 5–30 minutes during regular operating hours. 99piso reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. 99piso will notify you by email or SMS before applying any dormancy policy. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any applicable re-verification requirements.
99piso accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, which currently include GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, major Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Third-party and anonymous payment methods are not accepted.
The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, subject to payment processor limitations.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals typically settle within the same business day. All withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) the absence of any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds in your balance; and (c) confirmation that the withdrawal destination matches the verified payment method on record. 99piso reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawals above PHP 50,000.
You may only deposit funds that you own beneficially. Deposits using payment methods registered to another person, or funded from proceeds of criminal activity, will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities.
99piso is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, bank transfer networks, or telecommunications failures outside 99piso's reasonable control. In the event of an overpayment credited to your Account due to technical error, 99piso reserves the right to correct the balance without prior notice.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 99piso are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms prevail for that promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The standard welcome bonus wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount. Progress toward wagering requirements is tracked in your Account dashboard. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited; uncompleted requirements will result in the forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.
99piso reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: placing hedging bets across multiple outcomes to reduce risk while progressing through wagering requirements; using automated betting systems; opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; and providing false information to qualify for a bonus offer.
99piso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in progress of wagering.
All bets placed on the 99piso Platform are governed by the applicable game rules displayed within each game or betting market. The following general provisions apply to all wagering activity:

All content on the 99piso Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of 99piso or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gambling purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from 99piso.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 99piso shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or gambling winnings arising from use or inability to use the Platform; (b) losses caused by Force Majeure events including telecommunications failures, government actions, natural disasters, or payment processor outages; (c) decisions made by Players based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes.
In all cases, 99piso's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arose.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 99piso makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

99piso reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the security or integrity of the Platform is at risk; (c) the Account is being used for money laundering or other illegal activities; (d) incorrect bonus winnings or technical errors have been credited and have not been returned.
Upon account termination for cause, 99piso may confiscate any Bonus Funds and void any winnings derived from bonus play in breach of these Terms. Real Money Funds not subject to dispute will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following investigation.
Players may close their own Accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting 99piso support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 99piso Platform shall first be submitted to 99piso's internal dispute resolution process. Players should submit disputes in writing to 99piso support with full details of the matter in question. 99piso undertakes to respond within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute. Nothing in this clause prevents 99piso from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or the integrity of the Platform.
99piso reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 99piso will notify registered players via email or SMS at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, or as soon as practicable in the case of changes required by regulatory mandate. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Balance.
