The 99piso Platform is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and older. 99piso does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21. If 99piso becomes aware that a person under 21 has provided personal data and registered an account, that account will be immediately suspended, all personal data will be securely deleted (subject to any legal retention requirements for regulatory reporting), and any deposited funds will be returned.

Some of 99piso's service providers â including cloud infrastructure providers, game software studios, and KYC verification platforms â may process personal data outside of the Philippines. Where such cross-border transfers occur, 99piso ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place as required by the Data Privacy Act, including contractual clauses that bind the recipient to standards of protection at least equivalent to those required under Philippine law. 99piso does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that have not been assessed as providing adequate data protection measures.
